Our constitution and bylaws serve as the foundation of the St. Andrew’s Society of Williamsburg, defining our mission, values, and organizational structure. The constitution outlines our purpose—celebrating and preserving Scottish heritage—while the bylaws establish the rules and procedures that guide our leadership, membership, and events. These documents ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency in how our society operates, fostering a strong sense of community and belonging among members. By providing a clear framework for governance and participation, our constitution and bylaws help uphold our traditions, support the club’s growth, and ensure that our shared love of Scottish culture thrives for generations to come.
